What does perfect mean?
As a boy, I was fascinated by the idea of making a diamond. I tried experiments in my bathroom, drawn to the mystery of a stone that could catch a room’s light. The curiosity stayed with me.

Then I saw more fire.
YSE is my name for a colorless laboratory-created silicon carbide gemstone. Published gemological material values put its dispersion at 0.104, compared with 0.044 for diamond. That is about 2.36 times the material dispersion, or 136% higher. What you see in a finished piece still depends on its cut and lighting. YSE is a distinct material, not a diamond.
I selected the stone, created the YSE name, and began designing jewelry around its light. I did not invent silicon carbide or personally grow crystals. The brand and the jewelry vision are mine.
The first light belongs on a cross.
My Christian faith gives the first collection its form. From the small Beginning Cross to a commissioned crucifix, the designs are invitations to wear or share something meaningful. The campaign portrait and product images are artistic concepts. The listed collection is made to order, and the product images are artistic renderings.
